Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to all available content.

Because access is granted instantly, the product is considered delivered in full at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy (48 Hours)

Due to the digital nature of the Skin Education Hub and immediate access to all educational materials, refund requests must be within 48 hours of purchase.

Refunds will only be considered where a genuine and reasonable concern is raised regarding access issues, technical faults, or significant dissatisfaction with the clarity or delivery of the educational content.

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to use the platform

• Forgetting to cancel

• Personal circumstances

• Outcomes not achieved due to failure to follow guidance

After 48 hours, all purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage level or time spent inside the platform.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

When you use the AI Skin Scan, uploaded images are processed automatically to generate your results. Images are not stored or retained by us after processing.

We do not manually review uploaded photos unless you contact us directly for support.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.
